Scanned copy of Nederland passport. A clear scan of the information pages of your valid, signed passport.

Passport-type photograph: must be uploaded to your applicant profile.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.

Personal Invitation. If visiting friends or family, you must provide letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, purpose and duration of the visit, confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature and date. You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in Tanzania ie. copy of their Tanzania passport's information page, or, if they are not a citizen of Tanzania, copies of their Tanzania residence permit and their national passport's information pages.

If visiting for Exhibition and Trade Fairs Organized by Government & Private Institutions:
•Invitation Letter;

If visiting for Humanitarians and charity activities:
•Invitation Letter;
•NGO’s Registration Certificates;
•Invitation letter from a legally registered Institution/ Company or university/college;
•Certificate of Registration

If visiting for Health treatment:
•Medical Report

If visiting for Family visit:
•Marriage Certificate for Spause/Birth Certificate for Children;
•A copy of birth certificate (Child).
